Video Transcript

Shani Lenard: Director, People Strategy
We are people centered. For you to talk to us a little bit about that, you know through your years of experience here and the different roles that you’ve played. I can imagine that this was probably a centerpiece to the work that you’ve had to do and how you’ve contributed to our organization.

Chris Chittero: Organizational Effectiveness Consultant
You know, I mean everything begins with people, right and certainly at JM Family I think our culture begins with each one of us as individual Associates and the talents we bring, the ideas we bring to our roles and just who we are as people and the commitment we have to to the work and to the company, and so when you come into this organization the thing I notice my 15 years ago – when I joined was how welcoming everyone was and the fact that people really want to get to know you and they’re willing to meet you where you’re at. So that kind of environment absolutely allows then each individual to step forward and do their best and shine and it really makes you want to as Associates as well.

And that is Associates though. We take it further. Right? We we don’t only you know, treat one another with with great respect and and really want to hear each other out. But, we bring that to our partners that we work with we bring that to our customers and and we treat them the same way. And in fact, we want to tell our partners that when you work with JM Family, this is what we’re about this is this is our secret sauce and we want them to treat everyone they interact with in our company in the same way. So we want, we want that the whole company to kind of have that feeling including our including our partners.

Shani Lenard: Director, People Strategy
Well said, you know when I think about we are people-centered it immediately makes me think about how that extends beyond us as individuals to our teams to our departments to really our totality of who we are.
